Combining openings? What name would you give to an opening that combined two?

For example 1.e4 e5 2.nf3 nc6 3.d4 exd4 4.bc4... and we have the scotch gambit as we know. Now if white plays 5 c3 dxc3 we have the goring gambit?

So if you played this opening would you say to someone you played the scotch gambit, the goring gambit, a scotch goring gambit combination or what?

transposing one variation can be transposed into another line of play.. comments would then refer to who transposes

example 1.f4 (white plays bird opening), e5 (black starts birds opening froms gambit) 2. e4 (white transposes into kings gambit)

When listing opening you only refer to the opening that was actually played :) E.g., if 1. d4 e5 (Englund Gambit) was played, with the following moves being 2. c4 Nf6 (Budapest Gambit) 3. Nc3 d6 (Old Indian) 4. e4 g6 5. Nf3 Bg7 6. Be2 0-0, the game would be classified as a King's Indian Defense, not any of the above.
